Our recruitment agency is the oldest independent Cyber recruitment agency in the UK, with a focus on our deep connection to the Cyber security space. We focus exclusively on quality of service in everything we do, and this role is a key hire to ensure that the team can continue to deliver that same quality. No day will be the same, you may be coordinating client requirements and shift rosters, working with the Recruitment Manager on various recruitment projects or navigating account work with one of our key customers alongside the CND operations team. If you’re after variety, we can offer that in spades.

Our mainland office is based in Corsham, Wiltshire. Alongside having roaming peacocks, the town has good commuting links from Bath and the surrounding area. We work in a hybrid manner with the team coming together as needed in the office, but usually once a week.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management of managed services and client services.
  • Candidate sourcing within CRM environment, with an opportunity to earn a ‘finders reward’
  • Work with CND Operations on a key customer, helping to develop processes and grow the account.
  • Providing relevant and accurate account management information, used to support the team and CND Operations with effective decision making such as communicating PO values at risk.
  • Project coordination, across operations and the recruitment team.
  • Get involved in various service development projects, helping to coordinate the necessary elements.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills combined with confidence.
  • Experience in a recruitment business would be an advantage.
  • Can work independently and effectively without compromising on quality.
  • Analytical problem solver - ability to resolve problems and manage expectations.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • Relationship management and good at building rapport.
  • Highly organised with good time management skills - efficient with the ability to prioritise.
  • Client facing skills, a natural relationship builder.
  • Able to demonstrate tenacity and diplomacy.
