1.1 CND Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050, in line with Government targets.
2. Baseline Emissions Footprint

2.1 CND Ltd has 2 offices, one based in Corsham, Wiltshire, UK and the other in Douglas, Isle of Man. Both locations have been included in this report and are detailed separately.

2.2 Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

4. Emissions Reduction Targets

4.1 CND have adopted the following carbon reduction targets:
- Next 4 years to 2030 – Target of 40% Carbon reduction to 34.15 tCO2e.
- Period to 2040 – Target of 70% Carbon reduction to 17.07 tCO2e.
- Period to 2050 – Target of 100% Carbon reduction to 0 tCO2e.

4.2 CND understands the need to reduce carbon emissions and hopes to achieve this by introducing new initiatives and adopting new technologies as and when they become available and affordable.

4.3 Whilst striving to cut emissions, there has been a slight increase across the board due to expansion within the business. This has led to a greater overall carbon footprint for 2025, in comparison to the baseline 2024 figures. However, whilst overall actual emissions have increased, the levels per person have decreased, as seen in the graph below:
5. Carbon Reduction Projects

5.1 The following environmental management measures and projects have been implemented during 2025. Most of the carbon emission reduction achieved by these schemes is yet to be calculated but the measures will already be in effect when performing the contract.
6. Declaration and Sign Off

6.1 This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21, associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.
6.2 Emissions will be reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.
6.3 Emissions - Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions will be reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions will be reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.
6.4 This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the CEO of CND Ltd.
