2. Baseline Emissions Footprint

2.1CND Ltd has 2 offices, one based in Corsham, Wiltshire and the other in Douglas, Isle of Man. Both locations have been included in this report.

2.2 Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

4. Emissions Reduction Targets

4.1 In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets:
- Next 6 years to 2030 – Target of 40% Carbon reduction to XX tCO2e
- Period to 2040 – Target of 70% Carbon reduction to XX tCO2e
- Period to 2050 – Target of 100% Carbon reduction to XX tCO2e
These will be further updated in February 2025 to reflect the total emissions once the Baseline has been set.

4.2 We understand the need to reduce carbon emissions and hope to achieve this by introducing new initiative and adopting new technologies as and when they become available and affordable.

5. Carbon Reduction Projects

5.1 The following environmental management measures and projects are being implemented during 2024 baseline year. The carbon emission reduction achieved by these schemes is yet to be calculated but the measures will already be in effect when performing the contract.
