How does it work?
As part of the full monitoring SIEM service which we provide, manage and tune, providing you full visibility into everything we monitor.
Because we deploy a single tenant cloud based SIEM which can be located in most regions including Sydney or London, it only contains your data, therefore, we can provide you with an analyst console enabling you to see everything that we can see.
Rest assured, we also have a bespoke alarm escalation and cascade service should you be busy doing other things and not watching the screens. It works like this, if an alarm is triggered it will send an email and sms to whoever you choose, if they fail to acknowledge the message, it will send a voicecall to the same person, if it still isn't acknowledged the same process will quickly cascade to your other staff. Finally, it will alert our analysts.
