Scrum Master
We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join a dynamic product team dedicated to delivering customer value through Agile principles and the Scrum framework. You’ll work alongside multiple Scrum teams made up of Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and fellow Scrum Masters, acting as a servant-leader to foster collaboration, creativity, and transparency. In this role, you’ll guide teams in applying Scrum effectively, coach them to focus on outcomes, and remove obstacles that stand in the way of progress. You’ll empower teams to be self-managing, support Product Owners with backlog refinement, and facilitate planning and Scrum events within timeboxes. Building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders will be key, as will promoting innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll also collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance cross-team alignment and help the wider organisation embrace Agile practices.
SysOps Engineer
We are on the search for a SysOps Engineer to join a collaborative and agile systems team, playing a critical role in ensuring the security, stability, and uptime of production, staging, and development environments. You will work closely with developers, product owners, UX designers, and other stakeholders to support products and business objectives, in a team that values pair programming, whiteboarding, peer reviews, and a passion for technology. Key responsibilities include monitoring systems, responding to alerts, managing network, server, and storage assets (including AWS VPC and EC2), and driving infrastructure upgrades and process improvements using cloud-native services. Essential skills include AWS expertise (minimum two years managing secure, high-availability workloads), proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible, strong Linux systems administration experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and incident management. Familiarity with agile practices, scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools is desirable, along with AWS certifications or willingness to obtain them. Software Developer
We are seeking a Software Developer to join a highly collaborative, agile development team that values creativity, autonomy, and shared responsibility. Working within a flat structure, you’ll engage in pair programming, whiteboarding, and joint architecture design, ensuring every line of code is peer-reviewed. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, extending across product owners, account managers, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain application stability. You’ll participate in sprint planning, contribute to a culture of continuous learning, and help drive value through Scrum practices. To succeed, you’ll need commercial experience with modern programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, React, or similar), a solid understanding of MVC or modern JavaScript frameworks, and familiarity with Git. Strong communication skills and comfort with collaborative coding are essential. Experience with accessibility standards, testing frameworks, and software design best practices is desirable, but a willingness to learn and grow is just as important. As a Product Owner, you’ll shape product vision, prioritise backlogs, and collaborate with technical teams who are particularly on our data strategy. You’ll work in an Agile Scrum environment, ensuring alignment with business goals while removing blockers and driving value for customers. Strong communication, analytical skills, and stakeholder management are essential, along with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner (or equivalent) is required, or willingness to certify after joining.
