New Vulnerabilities Tuesday 05 September


Monthly Patches are out for Google Android. New Alerts for Fujitsu, Softneta, Google Chrome, IBM, and Linux.

Fujitsu 

The credentials of Fujitsu Limited Real-time Video Transmission Gear "IP series" for factory testing may be obtained by reverse engineering and other methods. CVSSv3 score of 5.9

MedDream PACS contains two vulnerabilities that could allow a remote attacker to obtain and leak plaintext credentials or remotely execute arbitrary code. Highest CVSSv3 score of 9.8

 Google 

Google has published the Monthly Security Bulletin for Android, with 21 vulnerabilities plus Qualcomm fixes. Of the Android vulnerabilities, 3 are rated Critical, and 18 are rated High.

Pixel Monthly Bulletin isn't out yet, and Android Automotive OS has no security patches.

Google has updated Chrome for the Desktop to fix 4 security vulnerabilities, all rated High.

IBM 

A vulnerability have been identified in cxf-core-3.5.4.jar which is shipped with IBM Intelligent Operations Center. CVSSv3 score of 9.8

IBM Cloud Pak for Network Automation has addressed multiple security vulnerabilities. Highest CVSSv3 score of 9.8

Red Hat has updated the kernel and kpatch. More info.
Ubuntu has updated the kernel. More info.
