CyberAces
The Toast Mine of Cookies

CND are proud sponsors of the Isle of Man Code Club Teams that headed to the CyberCenturion National Finals this year! IoM Code Club sent two teams into the top 15 spots in the competition; they scored some of the best scores out of 400 teams. The teams, CyberAces and The Toast Mine of Cookies, competed in the U.K. in April.

CyberCenturion is a Cyber Security Competition that attempts to discover all security vulnerabilities within various operating systems. The competition is open to 12 to 18 year olds in the UK and was designed by the American Air Force Association. The aim of CyberCenturion is to help students develop their technical expertise and hone in on their communication, teamwork and leadership skills, thus preparing them for a potential future in Cyber Security.

We are excited to announce that both teams did exceptionally well in the competition with both teams bringing home placements. The CyberAces placed 1st in the senior division whilst the Toast Mine of Cookies placed 2nd in the junior division. An incredible effort for both teams!

The Isle of Man Code Club is designed for people of all ages to develop digital skills, share their knowledge and experience and teach others how to leverage the technology that surrounds us.

Congratulations to CyberAces and The Toast Mine of Cookies!
