There is a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Architect with extension Government and Defence background to work on a contract in Reading.

Job Description:

- To analyse High Level Designs (HLD)

- Lead a team of Security Architects on the programme
- Work with SME to answer the requirements and decide on the level of compliance
- Analyse and assist in rectifying lack of compliance where necessary
- Liaise with Security Assurance team to gain approval of High Level Design's (HLD)
- Conducting workshops with Security Assurance team and testers to establish testing methods and evidence required for requirement validation
- Advise on PenTest scopes
- Review PenTest reports
- Consult on an ad-hoc basis on all security topics for the organisation
- Analyse daily maintenance tasks for security impact (changes to the live domain etc.)
- Document authoring (tech notes and parts of HLD).
- Interface with the client to establish their goals and opinion on security matters
- Strong leadership capabilities

Due to the urgency of the role candidates must me security cleared to SC level

Experience required:

- Security Architecture background

- Lead/Managerial experience

- Recent MOD / Defence experience

- SC Security Clearance.
