Our Resource Management service is the effective and efficient management and placement of Human Resources when and where they are needed. The staff all report through a dotted line into internal management, but they are managed on a day to day basis by a CND Resource Manager.
We have years of experience managing teams of consultants, dealing with shift rota’s, holidays, sickness, project rotation and skills rotation. We guarantee that there is a suitable person with the necessary skills on site to progress with the project or a critical role.
