This page is dedicated to UK Military personnel considering leaving the service. The majority of Computer Network Defence Ltd (CND) associates and staff are ex-military from all 3 services.
We make a point of not poaching staff from within the services or encouraging them to leave. Our rationale is simple, the grass isn't always greener on the other side, life outside the services can be hard and there are elements of service life which are invariably missed. We want you to make a conscious decision to leave and recognise that doing so is your choice. Once you have made that decision we will endeavour to help you in your transition.
We are not here to compete with the resettlement or career transition specialists who do an excellent job, our role is to fine tune the transition to our specialist field, Information Technology and Information Security, our added niche is Security Cleared work within Government and Defence.
We are primarily a consultancy and we would use your skills as either a permanent member of CND Staff or as an Associate Contractor, in support of the consultancy we have a Recruitment Agency where we can supply staff to a wide range of other clients either as permanent staff of contractors. Mock Interviews - we want to pass on as much information as possible to ensure every chance of success
Realistic Salaries and Day Rates - We work on a percentage of your daily rate/salary therefore we want you to earn as much as possible. However, we also want you to get the job and not bill you at too high a rate.
